Neumonía adquirida de la comunidad en pacientes con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crÓnica

Sixty seven patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and community-acquired pneumonia, were studied since April through November 2002. A retrospective analysis was done trying to find a correlation between the grade of severity of the pneumonia and the PORT score. No statistically significative correlation could be demonstrated from our results between the analyzed variables.
