The invention belongs to the technical field of air cushion carrying, and relates to an air cushion carrying device of a secondary platform. An air inlet hole is formed in the upper surface of an annular rubber air bag. An air outlet hole is formed in the inner side surface of a circular ring of the annular rubber air bag. The upper end face of the annular rubber air bag is connected with the front end face of a bearing plate. An annular cavity is formed between the peripheral surface of a supporting frame and the inner circle face of the annular rubber air bag. An air outlet port of a proportional electromagnetic pressure adjusting valve is communicated with the air inlet hole of the annular rubber air bag. A displacement sensor is installed on the bearing platform. The control data output end of the proportional electromagnetic valve of an industrial personal computer is connected with the electric control drive input end of the proportional electromagnetic pressure adjusting valve through a DA board card and a proportional electromagnetic valve controller. Friction is hardly generated during load movement bearing, and a load floats on a gas film layer. The load can steer in any direction of 360 degrees and can walk in any direction, and the air cushion carrying device is very suitable for conveying the load in the narrow space. The bearing capability is large and can reach tens of tons.
