This research was survey which tittle ” Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada 9 Management Production And Agency Malang.” the objectives of its were knew direct compensation giving, indirect compensation giving and work satisfaction Tujuan penelitian ini. Also knew influent of compensation which content direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to the work satisfaction. And which one had the dominant value of its. The populations of this research were 40 employee of Pada 9 Management Production And Agency Malang. The sampling technique was used total sampling because it used all of population amount. Analyze data tool was scale rating and multiple regression. Hypothesis test was used F test and t test and also regression coefficient to tested influent of compensation to the work satisfaction and the dominant value of its. Based on analyze data results, there were 134,8 worth of direct financial compensation that was very good. Indirect financial compensation had worth 126,4 that also good. And then work satisfaction had worth 126,4 that was high. The determinant coefficient was 48,5%.. It was capability of financial compensation gave influent to the work satisfaction 48,5%, and 51,5% from another. Regression coefficient of direct financial compensation was 0,462 and 0,633 of indirect ones. The dominant value of its was direct financial compensation.
