According to the method and the system, the electroencephalogram signal is divided into segments, and the index of the inhibition level is calculated according to the proportion of the number of inhibition signal segments in the number of the segments without noise segments, so that noise can be effectively removed since the noise segments are removed, the accuracy for calculating the index of the electroencephalogram inhibition level is improved, and the application value of the parameter is promoted.
