The Applied Research of Boring-rolling Machining based on Reconstruction of Lathes

It was able to deep-hole boring,rolling and composite processing conditions by reconstruction of CW6163 lathes.Study on technology of deep hole boring-rolling machining,Analysis on the mechanism of boring-rolling machining,Determine the reasonable processing parameters.In batch verification,we considered that after reconstruction of CW6163 lathes can be achieved boring-rolling machining,it has the advantages of high precision machining,stable quality,production efficiency.it is very suitable for the machining of hydraulic actuating cylinders used in our company.
