One phosphorus slag gypsum waste plastic wall material and its preparation method

The present invention relates to a plastic waste phosphogypsum slag wall material and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The material is made from the following raw materials by weight percent: 16 to 45% phosphogypsum waste plastic particles 3 to 26% slag powder 15 to 40%, 10 to 50% aggregate, 10 to 26% modifying agent, consolidation agent, 3 to 15%. Phosphogypsum and modifier are dried to a moisture content of less than 5% by mass percent, respectively, and ground to a fineness of 100 mesh powder; phosphogypsum powder, waste plastic particles, slag powder, aggregate, modified and consolidation agent powder are mixed and stirred mixing the ingredients and then pressed into brick, saturated steam curing and finally with 7 to 8 hours, to obtain slag of phosphogypsum waste plastic wall material in a pressure of 0.5 ~ 1.5MPa lower. The present invention is to improve the strength of wall material using a chemical reaction between the phosphogypsum and slag powder, use of waste plastic particles toughening effect of reducing the basis weight of the wall material, improve thermal and sound insulation properties of the wall material.
