Ксеноперикардиальная герниопластика: возможности и перспективы

The development of modern herniology directly related to the development and introduction of new advanced materials for prosthetic operations. We have attempted to explore the possibility of a plate for cell devoiced xenopericardial plastics abdominal hernia. Experimental study on 30 Wistar rats showed that xenopericardial plate has good biointegration, does not cause rejection reactions and septic complications within 12 months of observation. Us made xenopericardial hernioplasty in 23 patients. Within 18 months of follow-prosthesis-associated complications and recurrences have been detected. Developed new methods of hernioplasty in inguinal and medial ventral hernias.
