Quantum Effects under Thermostimulated Depolarization in Compound Hydrogen-Bonded Crystals
2004
The density matrix method is used for the description of the mechanism of proton tunneling under dielectric relaxation. As a result, a thermoactivation technique is proposed for the calculation of relaxation occillator parameters in hydrogen-bonded crystals at low temperatures.
