Establishment and Exploration of the Evaluation System of the Independent Innovation Ability of Agricultural Companies

Impersonal evaluation on the independent technical innovation ability of a group or a number of agricultural companies is important and significant in integrating the current limited science and technology resources.It can accelerate the construction of independent technical innovation system in a number of agricultural companies.This paper,based on the facts of Anhui province,establishes the evaluation guidelines for the technical innovation ability of agricultural companies and explores the evaluation methods.In this system,the evaluation methods are proved to be very practical and functional under the guidance of experts and data analysis,integrating the quantitative and the qualitative analysis and simplifying the complicated materials.
