Molecular cloning and sequencing of feline stromal cell-derived factor-1α and β

The stromal cell-derived factor-1α and β (SDF-1α/β) are the ligands of fusin/CXCR4, the co-receptors of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 and the feline immunodeficiency virus. We cloned the cDNA of feline SDF-1α/β. The open reading frames of feline SDF-1α/β were 267/279 base pairs and encoded 89/93 amino acid residues.
