Extra-Adrenal Phaeochromocytoma with Inferior Vena

Extra-adrenal phaeochromocytomas mainly arise from extramedullary sites but those with extension to inferior vena cava are not commonly seen. Surgical excision along with removal of tumour thrombus in inferior vena cava is done by cavotomy.
