Yaw driver of wind generator set

2011
The utility model discloses a yaw driver of a wind generator set, which comprises a first-stage counter weight planet wheel, a first-stage internal gear, a first-stage planet gear, a cross slider, a second-stage counter weight planet wheel, a second-stage internal gear, a duplex planet gear, an output-stage internal gear, an input shaft and a second-stage input shaft; the input shaft is connected with an engine to form a rotating arm; one end of the cross slider is connected with the input shaft; and a first-stage less-teeth-difference planetary transmission output member and a second-stage less-teeth-difference planetary transmission input member connected with the second-stage input shaft are arranged at the other end of the cross slider. According to the yaw driver disclosed by the utility model, two stages of less-teeth-difference planetary transmission is adopted, and the requirement of large transmission ratio of the yaw driver can be met just by adopting two stages of transmission. Compared with the traditional five-stage planetary transmission yaw driver, the yaw driver disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that: the stage number of gear transmission is reduced, a small gear on the output-stage inner gear drives a large yaw gear to realize winding yawing of wind wheels, and the wind yawing process is implemented by a gearbox engine body, the planet gears, the internal gear and the like.
