ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ СПЕЦИФИЧЕСКИХ ИНДУКТОРОВ ИЗ ЯДА ЗМЕЙ ДЛЯ ОЦЕНКИ СОСТОЯНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ ГЕМОСТАЗА БОЛЬНЫХ СИСТЕМНОЙ КРАСНОЙ ВОЛЧАНКОЙ

Using thrombin-like enzyme from Agkistrodon blomhoffi usuriensis venom we have shown that patients with systemic lupus erythematosus have elevated fibrinogen level. It was found that IgG of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus significantly inhibited prothrombin, factor X and protein C activation by specific inducers from snake venoms. References 1.
