The invention relates to an embodiment including a running data processing method; the method comprises the following steps: obtaining running data in a lasting time for playing an audio frequency resource according to each audio frequency resource played in a running period; forming and displaying a running data statistics page, wherein the page comprises at least partial the audio frequency resources played in the running period and running data corresponding to each audio frequency resource; respectively counting and displaying the running data in the playing time of each audio frequency resource, so the terminal can only start one APP so as to finish running data statistics and audio frequency resource playing, thus reducing terminal expenses, and allowing user to obtain each audio frequency resource and corresponding running data according to the display content. The method can direct the user to play the audio frequency resources in following running process, can help user to improve running efficiency, obtaining better running effect, and brining better experience for users; in addition, the embodiment also provides a running data processing device.
