Acesso e dispositivos legais na gestão de informações arquivísticas

Explores and discusses archival informational management practices with emphasis on access and legal devices. Uses for this, both the scientific literature an the Regulatory Ordinance No. 3 of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management. Contextualizes the debate on the role of the state in relation to the protection and availability of government information to citizens, respecting the confidentiality restrictions, by Laws No. 12,527 and Law No. 8,159. Case study illustrates how the strategic management actions archival information from the functional collection of the Federal University of Pernambuco. Concludes, as a first approximation on the subject, that this type of management, despite the positive current changes, demand that the look on static stored collections of public institutions is revisited and directed to the provision of access to information in a dynamic flow and uninterrupted.
