Haze-reducing coating of bituminous pavement

2014
The invention discloses a haze-reducing coating of a bituminous pavement. The haze-reducing coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of nano-titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of active aluminum oxide, 7-8 parts of epoxy resin, 2-3 parts of a curing agent and 2-4 parts of an assistant, wherein the curing agent is a mixture of a modified fatty amine liquid curing agent HTS-4512 and a special composite epoxy curing agent HTC-101 based on a mass ratio of (2-4) to 1; the assistant is a mixture of a defoamer and carborundum or carbon black based on a mass ratio of (1 to 2) to (4 to 1). According to the haze-reducing coating, the synergistic effect of active aluminum oxide and nano-titanium dioxide is used; the obtained haze-reducing coating not only is good in water resistance, slip resistance and environmental friendliness but also can degrade harmful gas causing secondary particulate pollution in automobile exhaust and well adsorb PM2.5 particles in the automobile exhaust to achieve a relatively good haze-reducing effect; a test shows that the optimal haze-reducing efficiency of the coating on the PM2.5 particles can reach 41.2 microgram/m .min.
