It refers to derivatives cyanopyrrole-PHENYL amide of formula (I), wherein R1 is H, CN, C (O) (C1-C6), C (O) (C3-C8), C (O) Nalkyl, among others, or R1 is a group of UNION C (O) to a second structure of formula (I) to form a dimer thereof; R2 is H, alkyl (C1-C6), cycloalkyl (C3-C6), among others; R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently H, halogen, (C1-C6), among others; R7 is H, alkyl (C1-C6), cycloalkyl (C3-C6); AMONG OTHERS. are preferred: N- [4- (5-cyano-1-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl) phenyl] -2-furamide, N- [4- (5-cyano-1-methyl-1H-pyrrol- 2yl) phenyl] -3-methylbutanamide, N- [4- (5-cyano-1-methyl-1H pyrrol-2yl) phenyl] -2-methylpropanamide, among others. ALSO it REFERS TO A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OPCINALMENTE in combination with a progestin or estrogen and a preparation process. These compounds are Progesterone Receptor Modulators (RP) SO ARE USEFUL FOR CONTRACEPTION AND HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
