Análise da implicação de apoiadores e trabalhadores da estratégia de saúde da família no apoio matricial em saúde mental

O objetivo geral com este estudo foi analisar a implicacao de apoiadores matriciais e trabalhadores da Estrategia de Saude da Familia no Apoio Matricial em Saude Mental(AMSM) em Santa Luzia-MG Como objetivos especificos, descrever a historia de implementacao do AMSM no municipio de Santa Luzia-MG e analisar sua fundacao institucional, bem como compreender as diferentes formas de implicacao de apoiadoresmatriciais e trabalhadores da Estrategia de Saude da Familia no AMSM. A Analise Institucional de Rene Lourau e o referencial teorico-metodologico - notadamente seu conceito de implicacao, compreendido como a relacao que os atores estabelecem com a instituicao, no caso, o AMSM. A implicacao da pesquisadora, tambem gestora do AMSM, e analisada transversalmente a pesquisa, apoiada na escrita diaristica. Dados foram coletado sem consultas a documentos, grupos focais com trabalhadores da Estrategia de Saude da Familia (agentes comunitarios de saude, enfermeiros e medicos), apoiadores matriciais(psiquiatras, psicologos e estagiarios de psicologia) e entrevistas com gestores. Inicialmente,utilizou-se a tecnica da Analise Estrutural da Narracao, baseada em Demaziere e Dubar, para organizar dados coletados em grupos focais e entrevistas. Posteriormente, foram realizadas releituras do material para identificacao dos analisadores, elementos que propiciaram a analise da implicacao dos atores. Houve fragil pactuacao da estrategia matricial, quando desua implantacao, entre Estrategia de Saude da Familia e Saude Mental. Identificou-se cisao fundadora na instituicao AMSM em Santa Luzia - repetindo imprecisao das politicas publicas da area, no âmbito nacional -, o que colaborou para resistencias em relacao a ele.Apoiadores mantem, em relacao ao AMSM, uma inquietude pelos graus de liberdade e improviso e tambem um prazer pela sua cogestao. A implicacao dos trabalhadores das equipes de Saude...(AU) This piece of work aims at analyzing the implication of matrix supporters and family health workers at Mental Health Matrix Support (MHMS) in Santa Luzia-MG and, for specific goals, describing the implementation history of the MHMS in the municipality of Santa Luzia-MG and analyzing its institutional foundation, as well as comprehending the different forms of implication of matrix supporters and family health workers at MHMS. The Institutional Analysis of Rene Lourau is the theoretical-methodological referential, notably itsconcepts of implication, comprehended as the relationship that the actors have with the institution, in this case, the MHMS. The implication of such researcher, also manager ofMHMS, is transversally analyzed within a research, supported by the diaristic writing. Thesurvey data were collected while consulting documents, focal groups with family health of strategy workers (ACSs, nurses, doctors) and matrix supporters (psychiatrists, psychologists and psychology interns) and interviews with managers. Initially, the structural analysis of narrative technique, based on Demaziere and Dubar, was used to organize the survey data collected in focal groups and interviews. After wards, subsequent readings were performed to identify the analyzers, elements that analyzed the MHMS institution and, through derivation, the actors´ implication. As a result, fragile pact of strategy matrix was observed, when it was implanted, between the Family Health Strategy and Mental Health. A scission founder was identified at MHMS institution in Santa Luzia, which repeats the area public policy ambiguity, nation wide and contributed to resistance in relation to the MHMS. Supporters maintain a disquieting relationship with MHMS due to the degrees of freedom and improvisation and pleasure for their co-management.
