The fundamentals of domestic and foreign technologies of strawberry cultivation in open ground (place, soil, species, seedling, terms and schemes of planting, pre-planting soil cultivation and post planting fertilization mulching, pesticides application, duration and productivity of plants) have been highlighted; the attention is paid to the necessity of their improvement in order to get ecologically safe berries yields.
