Bachelor's work is occupied with problems of career integration of women after ma-ternity leave re-entering the labour market. Theoretic part describe problems of career inte-gration of women in labour market, long-term unemployment and her vulnerability group, psychological aspects of unemployment, problems of gender and service of Employment agen-cy in Zlin for moms after maternity leave. Practic part by dint of qualitative research provide preview on contemporary situation and try to verife theoretic base. Reclaimed informations from research it's possible use for innovation situation women after maternity leave return the labour market.
