The invention relates to a powder material sintering processing equipment process, in particular to an automatic loading and unloading complete equipment process flow for powder sintering saggars. The unloading and loading process flow for powder materials after being contained in the saggars and sintered comprises the following steps: 1) saggar arrangement and conversion; 2) crushing of powder in the saggars; 3) saggar lifting; 4) saggar turnover unloading; 5) secondary crushing of the powder; 6) saggar lowering; 7) cleaning and dust collection of residual powder in the saggars; 8) optical check of cracks of the saggars; 9) removal of the saggars with the cracks and compensation of new saggars; 10) powder weighing and quantitative loading in the saggars; 11) vibration of the saggars to enable powder to be uniform and compact; 12) partition of the powder in the saggars. The automatic loading and unloading complete equipment process flow for the powder sintering saggars has the advantages that the reasonable linkage and layout of all single-function equipment are realized and the entire production process is environment-friendly, safe, low-consumption and pollution-free. The automatic loading and unloading complete equipment process flow for the powder sintering saggars is applicable to nonmetal or rare metal powder material sintering saggar loading and unloading production.
