COMPARISON AMONG MICROCHANNELS FABRICATED BY NANO, PICO AND FEMTOSECOND-LASER TECHNOLOGIES FOR MICROFLUIDIC APPLICATIONS

Microchannels fabrication by laser direct writing over soda-lime glass is presented. Three different laser in the IR are employed working on different temporal regimes. Differences among them are evaluated in terms of their topological surfaces.
