Electrical cable cutter

There is provided an electric cable cutter, cutting a cable easy. An electrical cable cutter, is used in conjunction with a standard hand tool as a power source comprising: a housing (1), which serves as a transmission case; a pair of cutting blades (11, 12) carried by the housing and which are open relative to each other and closed; a pair of orthogonal gears, which current is fed from the hand tool; a drive shaft including an eccentric shaft portion which is attached to a driven wheel of the pair of orthogonal gears; a differential gear mechanism which slows down rotation of the drive shaft; and an Oldham coupling which corrects an eccentric rotation of an output gear of the differential gear mechanism in rotation about a central axis, a circular arc-shaped outer surface of the other cutting blade which is so axially supported by a cutting blade that can be opened in the pair of cutting blades and closed is provided with a portion with external toothing that engages with a driven gear of the Oldham coupling, and a drive wheel of the pair of orthogonal gears is connected via an adapter pin to the hand tool which can be mounted with a simple handle and removed.
