Interaction of neodymium and silicon with gold: phase diagram and structural chemistry of ternary compounds

Abstract Phase equilibria in the ternary Nd-Au-Si system have been established within the concentration region 33–100 at % of Si at 870 K, four ternary silicides of neodymium have been observed and characterized.
