Probing the Interaction Between Axial Ligation and Corrin Using MM2 Molecular Mechanism Method

The interactions between a series of axial ligations and corrin were studied using MM2 molecular mechanism method.The properties of bond formation between CoC,Co-N and Co-S were investigated,and the influences of coordination by the sixth ligation on the fifth ligation were also investigated.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of using MM2 to pursue this kind of study were also discussed.
