Single Radial Immune Haemolysis (SRIH) Assay for the Measurement of Complement Fixing Antibodies
1985
Abstract As a means of measuring serum concentrations of complement fixing antibodies, the single radial immune haemolysis (SRIH) assay has been evaluated using tetanus toxoid as a ‘model’ antigen. Assay conditions and comparison with ELISA and passive haemagglutination assays are described. SRIH could be used to measure complement fixing autoantibodies simply and cheaply.
