This article aimed to conduct a study on Musicalization and School Management, in a process of transformation. How music can help management by creating means that will benefit school, student, teacher and manager spaces. Making this environment healthier, calmer and conducive to everyone within their business. This is a theoretical literature review on the insertion of musicalization in the school environment. It also discusses the profile of the manager, and how interdisciplinary projects make a difference in teaching and learning, bringing a more harmonious and effective climate to the school and its components.
