The invention discloses a new application method of a DPP4 inhibitor as a medicine for preventing or treating radiation-induced myelosuppression. Modern pharmacological experiments prove that mouse gavage administration of a certain dosage of the DPP4 inhibitor has an obvious protection effect on radiation-induced myelosuppression, and prompt that therapeutic administration can prevent and treatment radiation-induced bone marrow impairment.
