Preparation of the phosphor: stoichiometry by weighing La2O3, Y2O3, Al2O3, Ga2O3, MB4O7, NH4Cl and CeO2, mixed evenly placed in a sintering furnace in a reducing atmosphere 2-8h at 1500-1550 ℃, and finally sintered the product was milled, dried, screened to obtain. Good luminescence properties of the phosphor, a high phase purity is very suitable for color rendering index ≥85 white LED package.
