A high-color white led green phosphor

The present invention relates to a high color rendering white LED green phosphor, chemical formula of (Y3-x-2 / 3y-zLaxMy) (Al5-a-bGaaBb) O12-1 / 2cClc: Ce3 + z, where M is Sr, Ba in one or two, 0.01≤x≤0.2,0.05≤y≤0.2,0.01≤z≤0.10,0.2≤a≤3, b = 4y, 16c≤b≤40c. Preparation of the phosphor: stoichiometry by weighing La2O3, Y2O3, Al2O3, Ga2O3, MB4O7, NH4Cl and CeO2, mixed evenly placed in a sintering furnace in a reducing atmosphere 2-8h at 1500-1550 ℃, and finally sintered the product was milled, dried, screened to obtain. Good luminescence properties of the phosphor, a high phase purity is very suitable for color rendering index ≥85 white LED package.
