Pesticide residue quick detection card and pesticide residue detection method

The invention provides a pesticide residue quick detection card which includes a carrier sheet having an upper surface and a lower surface, which are arranged opposite to each other, and comprising a sample adding part, a substrate part and a bended part. The bended part connects the sample adding part to the substrate part. The sample adding part includes a sample adding hole, a scale groove and a first baffle piece. The sample adding hole and the scale groove are formed from the upper surface to the lower surface in a concave manner and are separated from each other by the first baffle piece. The first baffle piece is arranged on the end, which is closed to the sample adding part, of the scale groove. The pesticide residue quick detection card also includes a sample adding piece, a color development piece and a substrate piece. Butyrylcholine enzyme is immobilized in the sample adding piece which is pasted on the sample adding hole. Starch-iodine is immobilized in the color development piece which is pasted on the scale groove. S-acetylthiocholine iodide is immobilized in the substrate piece which is pasted on the substrate part. The invention also provides a pesticide residue detection method based on the pesticide residue quick detection card. The pesticide residue quick detection card and the pesticide residue detection method are simple in operations and accurate in detection.
