Optimal Planning Method for a Multi-Energy Complementary System with New Energies Considering Energy Supply Reliability

2020
As the gathering place of urban energy consumptions, a city park has the characteristics of large energy demand, centralized energy consumption, and collection of cold, heat, power demands. The traditional independent energy supply mode leads to many problems, such as large energy loss in long-distance transmission, low comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and difficulty in clean energy consumption. This paper proposed a novel planning method, which can provide users with reliable cold, heat, power supply services through the combination of natural gas combined cold, heat and power units with new energy generations. The high reliability planning of integrated energy distribution system is realized using the proposed method, which makes full use of the multi-energy correlation coupling characteristics and users’ interactions. The correctness of the proposed method is verified via a typical integrated energy system in MATLAB. The proposed method improves the efficiency of local new energy utilization, and improve the reliability of users’ cold, heat and power supply in the city park.
