Cleaning agent for washing out silicone contaminant

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cleaning agent composition which is environmentally friendly and therefore can be used in the open air and the like without causing problems, and which is effective for the removal of a low-molecular-weight and poorly-water-soluble cyclic silicone compound that can cause the staining of a silicon sealing. A cleaning agent for washing out a silicone contaminant according to the present invention can be used for the removal of a specific silicone contaminant such as a so-called D4 compound, and is characterized by comprising a cyclic lipopeptide biosurfactant.
