A short-distance optical magnification module, glasses, a helmet and a VR system, the magnification module comprising a reflective polariser (01), a first phase delay plate (01), a second lens (20) and a second phase delay plate (04) which are arranged sequentially, any position on either side of any one of the reflective polariser (01), the first phase delay plate (01), the second lens (20) and the second phase delay plate (04) also being provided with a first lens (10), the optical surface of the second lens (20) near to the second phase delay plate (04) being a semi-transmissive semi-reflective optical surface, a first focal length f2 of the second lens (20) satisfying the condition: 1.2F ≤ f2 ≤ 2F, F being a system focal length of the optical magnification module. Performing parameter refinement on the first focal length f2, which affects an optical magnification effect, enables the module to obtain a greater optical magnification effect while maintaining a relatively small overall thickness, enabling a VR device to implement better field of view, greater eye movement range and high quality imaging effects, and provide a better user experience.
