Photoelectret and thermoelectret states in Bi12SiO20 crystals

The methods of thermal depolarization analysis were used in an investigation of the photoelectret and thermoelectret states in Bi 12 SiO 20 crystals at temperatures 300-800 K. The dependences of the spectra of the thermal depolarization current I(T) on the polarization conditions were determined. The dipole polarization mechanism was identified for two peaks in the spectra whose activation energies were E aA = 0.93 and E aB = 1.06 eV
