Статистика малых выборок в медицинских исследованиях

The experimentally was found characteristics of statistical criteria. As a result, calculated the value of the statistics by W. Ansari-Bradly and K. Klotz. For each source of statistics calculated normal approximation (Z-statistics) and the significance level of p of the hypothesis of no difference in the spread of the values of the two samples. At p>0.05 the hypothesis can be accepted. Suggested methods of mathematical statistics can be confirming the accuracy of the differences of the results, even in small groups of observations, if the differences are significant enough. We used medical cases of patients with joint and bone pathology.
