Study on Factors Influencing Luminescence Intensity of Rare Earth Complexes

2021
In order to study the influencing factors of the luminescence intensity of the rare earth complex, changing the type, proportion, amount of catalyst and reaction time of the ligand to prepare the rare earth complex, by measuring the fluorescence spectrum curve of the compound to express the luminescence intensity of the rare earth complex, and then to evaluate the factors influencing the luminescence intensity. The results showed that the carboxylic acid ligands affected the luminescence intensity of the rare earth complexes, the highest relative intensity value of the rare earth ternary complex was also different in the emission wavelength, and the rare earth salicylic acid O-phenanthroline ternary complex had the highest relative fluorescence intensity value at 616 nm. Different proportions of ligands also affect the fluorescence absorption of rare earth complexes, thus affecting the fluorescence intensity of rare earth complexes. When the ratio of rare earth: salicylic acid: O-phenanthroline is 1:3:2, the fluorescence intensity of rare earth complexes can reach the optimal value. The amount of catalyst is an important factor affecting the synthesis of rare earth complexes. When the reaction time is 1 h, the yield of rare earth complex is the highest, 78%, thus having the highest luminescence intensity.
