Milian’s ear sign: Erysipelas

Abstract A clinical case is presented here of a patient with fever and ear pain. Physical examination revealed “Milian's ear sign”, which supports the diagnosis of erysipelas rather than cellulitis. After intravenous antibacterial treatment, the patient recovered.
