Amorphous form of Cabazitaxel and methods of manufacturing thereof

It is disclosed an amorphous form of Cabazitaxel. It is preferably by a method as in 1 shown X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) in pattern. It is by (a) preparing a solution of Cabazitaxel in a suitable solvent and mixture thereof; and (b) recovering the amorphous form of Cabazitaxel from the solution thereof prepared by removing the solvent.
