Miocarditis fulminante: presentación de un caso

Se presenta el caso de una nina de 13 meses de edad que presenta episodio de insuficiencia cardiaca severa, se diagnostica miocarditis fulminante, y se evoluciona hasta la curacion. Se describe el manejo de paciente y se hace un breve comentario del tema. It is presented a case of a 13 months girl that presents an episode of severe heart insufficiency, it is diagnosed crushing myocarditis and it is evolved until the recovery. It is described the management of the patient and it is done a brief comment on the topic.
