Decomposition of Newly-increasing Construction Land Indices in New General Land Use Planning

The decomposition principles and process of newly-increasing construction land indices were introduced,and the selection of indices was discussed.Taking Chongren County of Jiangxi Province as a case,indices were decomposed by the method of factor analysis,and some adjustments of the results were made according to the economic development of Chongren County.
