Automation of Sound Transfer from a Tape Recorder to the Sonagraph

By using a step‐by‐step selector relay, 2 striker pins, a fully automatic cycle is set up for transfering recorded sound from a tape player to the drum of a Sonagraph; calibrating tone is also automatically recorded on the drum. The system described in this Letter offers simplicity of operation and proved to be helpful in use.
