The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring configuration information of all network equipment in the power scheduling data network and establishing a network model for the power scheduling data network through an SP Gura platform; (2) acquiring flow data of the power scheduling data network and establishing a flow model for the power scheduling data network through the SP Gura platform according to the flow data; (3) based on a scheduling data network simulation model constituted by the network model and the flow model, performing simulation previewing of new business roll-out to the simulation model; and (4) after analyzing and configuring the simulation model of new business roll-out, obtaining network service quality parameters and performance parameters of the simulation model for the power scheduling data network after new business is rolled out. The method can realize simulation previewing of new business roll-out of the power scheduling data network.
