The T wave of the electrocardiogram during and after exercise in normal subjects
1972
In normal subjects the electrocardiographic T wave decreases in amplitude during exercise. Immediately after exercise the T amplitude increases, and there is a rise in the ST segment and in its slope. These changes, which may be due to alterations of sympathetic tone, are relevant to the interpretation of ECG exercise tests.
