As potassinm dihydengen phosphate(KDP) crystals is soluble and deliquescent.A kind of magnetorheological fluid was compounded and its performance is tested.KDP crystals were polished.The results showed that the performance of magnetorheological fluid was good,and polishing KDP with MRF was achieved.
