The investigation of percutaneous cervical diskectomy for treatment of cervical disc herniation(16 cases report)

Objective To study the related problems of percutaneous ce rvical diskectomy(PCD) by retrospectively analyzing the cases who received PCD p rocedure.Methods 16 patients with cervical disc herniation were received PCD fro m July 2001 to June 2002.Results 16 patients were followed up 1.5 years in avera ge.13 of them,The therapeutic efficacy werw excellent,Two were good and one was fail.The effective rate was 93.7% .Conclusion PCD is an effective,safe and mini mal-invasive treatment method with quicker recovery and lower cost.
