The invention discloses a temperature insensitive solution concentration sensor based on a semi-corrosion optical fiber grating. The temperature insensitive solution concentration sensor is characterized by comprising a single-mode optical fiber (1), a fiber bragg grating (2) and a semi-corrosion optical fiber bragg grating (3). The optical fiber bragg grating is affected by a temperature cross sensitivity effect in a practical application process. The invention provides a simple and practical method for solving the temperature cross sensitivity effect of the optical fiber bragg grating. A common optical fiber bragg grating is subjected to semi-etching corrosion by adopting a corrosion process to obtain a required solution concentration sensor; by monitoring a wavelength difference between two reflectance spectrums, the influence on the sensor caused by the temperature can be well eliminated, and a complicated structure and a making process when other temperature compensation measures are adopted are avoided. The temperature insensitive solution concentration sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, low making cost, easiness in operation, high sensitivity and the like, and has a good practical value and a wide application prospect.
