Australian residential joint venture in London accused of reducing affordable housing

When the Treasurer Scott Morrison visited London last week... he made time in his schedule... to see what he learn off the Brits when it came to housing affordability. He toured a housing re-development at Elephant and Castle in South London that involved a partnership between Australian developer Lend Lease and the local council. The Treasurer described the project as 'exciting' and something that he'd like to see more of in Australia. But it's a development that so far has decreased the amount of affordable homes in the area.
