Biological sludge conditioner and application thereof

The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, in particular to a biological sludge conditioner and application of the conditioner. A preparation method of the biological sludge conditioner comprises the following steps: 1) seed solution is prepared: a strain of bacillus licheniformis P-104 with a preservation number of CGMCC NO.4156 is inoculated to an LB solution seed medium, wherein the strain is preserved in freeze, and the medium is cultured for 8h to 14h; and 2) fermental cultivation: the seed solution in step 1) is inoculated to a fermentation medium, wherein the inoculum volume of 3% to 5% is inoculated to the seed solution; the fermentation medium is cultured for 30h to 36h with the potential of hydrogen (PH) between 5.0 and 9.0 and the revolution per minute between 150 r/min and 200 r/min under the temperature between 30 DEG C and 37 DEG C, and then fermentation broth is collected and the biological sludge conditioner is prepared. The biological sludge conditioner and the application of the conditioner are high in flocculation activity of conditioner and capable of improving dehydration efficiency of sludge greatly, and the dosage of the biological sludge conditioner is significantly lower than that of a traditional conditioner in the process of application. The biological sludge conditioner is metabolite of microorganism, has environmental friendliness and biodegradability, and is free from secondary pollution.
