Research on Combination Forecast of Urban Domestic Water Demand by Using IOWGA Operator

The concept of induced ordered weighted geometric averaging(IOWGA) operator was introduced in this paper.A kind of combinatorial model was established to forecast urban domestic water demand in Zhengzhou city,in which grey GM(1,1) model,auto regressive model and stepwise regression model were combined and the weight of each forecast model was determined on base of IOWGA operator.Different information were integrated in the combined model and not only useful information were found from data series of urban domestic water demand,but also effect of significance influence factor on urban domestic water demand were revealed.The practical application results show that the forecast precision and forecast effect assessment of combinatorial forecast model by using IOWGA operator method is better than each single forecast model.So this method based on IOWGA operator is effective and superior in forecasting urban domestic water demand.
