Battery balance function effect testing method and system

The invention discloses a battery balance function effect testing method. According to the method, test conditions of battery balance are selected according to preset rules. The method includes the following steps that: a single-battery inconsistence index when batteries are initially delivered out from a factory is calculated; batteries without balance functions are circulated for M times according to the test conditions, and first single-battery inconsistence indexes of the batteries are calculated after each circulation through utilizing the single-battery inconsistence index; batteries with balance functions are circulated for N times, and second single-battery inconsistence indexes of the batteries are calculated after each circulation through utilizing the single-battery inconsistence index; and the effect of the balance function of each battery is evaluated according to all the first single-battery inconsistence indexes and the second single-battery inconsistence indexes. With the battery balance function effect testing method adopted, the effects of the balance functions of the batteries can be evaluated. The invention also provides a battery balance function effect testing system.
